Adopt a cat

Edie is a rather beautiful silver tabby and white cat. She is timid and at present cannot be touched. She would really benefit from being in a home of her own with other cats to learn from. Edie's confidence is growing, she will feed from her fosterers hand and play with her but still does not like to be touched. She gets on really well with other cats. She needs a home with an experienced cat owner who is prepared to give her the time she needs so that she can continue to flourish. She would prefer to be rehomed with other cats. Edie should get on fine with a cat friendly dog.

Miffy is a lovely friendly elderly lady. She is a dark tortoiseshell. She is currently in a home with two younger cats and she is finding it rather stressful. She would love a quiet home of her own to have some peace. Would anyone out there like to offer her such a home? She has recently been given a full bill of health from the vets.

Sasha is a lovely young semi-long haired black cat. She is a beautiful girl. She came in with Edie. Sasha is very nervous of people and at present cannot be touched. She gets on really well with other cats. She needs a home with an experienced cat owner who is prepared to allow her the time she needs to become more confident around people. She also needs to be rehomed with other cats.

Diamond and Candy are two affectionate and playful kittens that have come into our care. Diamond is a black and white male kitten who likes to explore, Candy is his sister, she is black and not quite as adventurous as her brother. They need to be rehomed together and will be ready for rehoming once they have been neutered.

Mulder is a black cat who has been straying for several years, she came to us with a matted coat and has had to have quite a bit shaved. she has had a rough time and is looking for a welcoming home to spend her twilight years. Mulder needs a home where she can be outside a lot with somewhere warm where she can curl up and observe the world. Please some one give her a bright future.

Dingaling is a stray that adopted a couple unfortunately they were unable to keep her due to their cats. She is a lovely friendly lady that likes nothing better than to curl up on a warm lap. She is in good health for her age and is eager to find a lovely home to spend her retirement in. She will be ready for rehoming around the 20th February. Sammy is a beautiful long haired chap who is looking for a home with his sister Sophie. They both have beautiful markings. Unfortunately their elderly owner has died. Having never been around children they would love a quiet home where they can be groomed and doted on! They are a lovely friendly pair but are finding it hard to cope with the changes to them. The sooner they are settled in a new home the better.

These two sisters are very timid, but will benifit from being in their own home. They are neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. They will need patience but will be very rewarding cats to own. Phizer can now be handled and now likes to be stroked, she is gaining in confidence.

Silver is a beautiful friendly lady about 9years old. She has been living rough for about a year and has now come to our care and is looking for a quiet home with some loving strokes and somewhere warm to sleep. If you think you have the home for her please give us a call.

Tacha, born May 2010, is a lovely and gentle little tuxedo girl. She came into our care after the owners took her to the vets to be put to sleep. She had suffered bad injuries after a car accident and they could not afford to pay the vet bills. Tacha is recovering very well from her injuries but won't be available until after 21st February though she can be seen before then. She is not fazed by anything and gets on well with other cats. She loves to play but is very quiet about it. She also loves a cuddle. Tacha eats for England and any future owner might want to keep an eye on her weight. This little girl is a real star, easy going, happy and purry.

Misty is a lovely, friendly, little lady who headbutts for attention! She is a bit hissy with other cats and dogs but has been through a lot of change so she may well settle. MISTY HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE PREGNANT SO WON'T BE AVAILABLE UNTIL ABOUT THE END OF APRIL WHEN HER KITTENS ARE WEANED. This is her last litter after a short life of being almost continuously pregnant. We hope someone will give this little cat a chance to be spoilt in a loving, forever home when she is ready.
